My dad and brother got them up there easily! My swivel chair was soaking wet I sent a photo to seller and they wasn't interested they just put it down to the weather. The cushions wasn't diamond like the photo and it was an absolute joke trying to receive the correct ones! Lovely sofa but will not use this company again! You chose doorstep delivery and asked the couriers to leave at the doorstep. The entranceway was not clear, even though the couriers had given you a 1 hours notice beforehand. It was raining on the day and if you had cleared the entranceway beforehand then the couriers would have bought the sofas inside.

Only issue was I asked for a weekend delivery was told OK it will just take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Only for the delivery company to tell me they were coming on a Tuesday and they didn't know when they would be able to deliver the sofa if I didn't accept that delivery.
