Instead of giving bad feedback, I reached out to them only to be told that their products are 3 years or older and basically there was nothing they would do. I looked back at the description and it didn’t say ANYWHERE that the item would be that old and to buy at your own risk!!!! I asked if they could send me a replacement that wasn’t dried up. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell you the exact condition of the mascara because it is sealed - if I open to try it then it can't be sold. It is a discontinued item with the stock being @ 3 years old so of course, it is not going to be like newly manufactured ones.
