Listed model number, photo and output voltage were all different to what was advertised ("Genuine Original"). The seller issued a refund along with an apology email which explained they had intentionally sent a different item to what was advertised because it would be 'better' for my machine. Regardless of their intentions/opinion, I do not think this is acceptable and expect to receive the item I actually ordered.
