Only difficulty was the screw for the first slat position seemed to align over metal so didn't go in too nicely. But you can avoid that by adjusting the position, now that you know! I'm incredibly pleased with the quality and value. And my daughter is absolutely delighted! It's completely changed the feel of her bedroom and strangely, from the very night in it, she's no longer scared of the dark! :)
