The hose connections are not in a seperate bag within the box which initially makes you think they are missing. A closer look revealed that they are in a bag but squeezed between the hose and reel itself. MIne were a bit awkward to get out because the hose was coiled around them. Follow the instructions to fit the connections, not forgetting the anti-kink wire, and it's ready for use. Good value and better than my last one.
