    Received 2 of these units. One of the units didn't work at all. Seller refunded the purchase price for this unit. The second unit just failed a couple of days ago. This failure was outside of the 30 day return policy. Sent a message to the seller, but have yet to receive any response.

    Buyer sent me a message (From buyer: Just FYI.) that the other one quit working. This was after the 30day return policy, which he was aware of and admitted to it. Blames me for it not working anymore. FYI, I do not make the item. I have never had a complaint about these. I use them myself and have had mine for 3 yrs & still working! Maybe contact MFR. 🤷🏼‍♀️
