The edges are chipped and have been poorly restored, and the sides are cracked and crumbling. With it being a concrete product, which are natural materials, concrete naturally absorbs moisture. There's nothing we can do about this unfortunately. Again, concrete rubbing together in transit can cause chips etc - however we are happy to return, which this in the process of. Unfortunately returns are taking a little longer currently due to Easter & Bank Holidays.
