    I must confess, I was more than a little sceptical about a) The quality and b) the claims of such an item at an unbelievable cost. I was so wrong - this is amazing quality and functions almost as soon as it’s set up. There is a little tweaking to do for the best SWR but this is made simple by the two grub screws. The value for money is truly amazing and I will not hesitate in recommending this to anyone using ham radio. The build is amazing, the cost is low and with fast delivery too - thanks

    Ampro 40

    This antenna worked fantastic from the off. Swr was set in less than 2 minutes and was pulling in signals like I’ve not heard before in the car. I will be purchasing other Ampro’s now for the other bands as this one did so well. Monoband antennas are the way forward I think for great contacts. This has got me into most of Europe and a USA contact so far just from my driveway as a quick test.

    Ampro antenna

    I got this as part of my go bag for qrp - I did not think it would be much good for the price but have to admit, I was shocked at the build quality and it’s performance. Tuned well and worked 1st time with little effort at all. I plugged it into a nano VNA and it was spot on. Recommend this for those wanting to set up on a car when parked or in a field somewhere…

    A well made antenna--Good radiator length

    The whole antenna looks to be very well made--The good length should make the antenna radiate well when used mobile I haven't managed to actually run it yet but hopefully it will perform as well as it liiks
