So I tried a wool duvet, falling for the it will regulate your temperature hype. It did not. It was too hot. This 3 tog 100% cotton duvet was another gamble, but it has paid off. It will be way too cool for most people, but in a 100% cotton duvet cover (brushed cotton for winter, am not a complete monster), with another light throw over my feet only, this has proven to be perfect!
