      compact and light weight

      very easy to use he twist locks on the handle are very easy to use its got a good extension and is managable at full length , the sqeegee fitted opposite to the cleaning pad is perfect for wiping down but there is a knack to getting a nice clear window its best to go around a second time after wrinsing out the cleaning pad of any soap with clean water but in all it saves having to ladder and once you got the knack its quite quick .

      Broken in 2 parts

      After unwrapping a poorly wrapped item I discovered that the squeegy part was bent. On further inspection the top of the device that screws in was sheared off. Disappointed to say the least.
