    Doner Kebab Spice Mix

    What a lovely, lovely find. So impressed with this kebab mix. I usually add around 50g to 500g of minced lamb and only add a very little bit of water to it. So easy to cook on Gas Mark 4 and you don't need to have a loaf tin for it, just mould it into a shape, plonk it on a tray in the middle of the oven and turn half way through the cooking time. Delicious!

    Thought I’d give this blend a go as the one I had purchased previously seemed a bit on the salty side. I was absolutely delighted with this blend, very authentic and not over salty. I added an egg and breadcrumbs ( 1 slice of bread minus crust) and a spoonful of plain yogurt to the mince mix. Even the wife commented how good it was!!! Definitely be purchasing again.

    Great Kebabs at home

    A tasty version of Donner kebab flavouring at home. Tastes very similar to a takeaway but you know pretty much everything that's going into the one you make at home so a healthier option. Will definitely be getting more of this!

    Amazing Fakeaway

    Best Fakeaway ever, better than the local takeaway. I now prefer my own. I use a mix of lamb and turkey thigh mince to keep the fat down and still tastes amazing.
