    Wanted one when I was a boy, finaly got one at age 73 still young at heart

    Great working model of a steam engine it has been well looked after by its previouse owner and wil be cherished and displayed to good effect.

    Nice to have one in plain brass

    I have always liked Mamod steam engines and in particular the traction engine. I have several of the standard ones with the painted boiler but did not have one in plain brass. It really comes up clean and bright with a bit of metal polish and runs very well.

    It's a nice little engine.

    I enjoyed it. it worked as it was supposed to do and I can polish it to my liking. It had a slight leak on the sight glass which cost me £5 for a new one. I am really pleased with this item.
