    I cannot praise Zmur enough. The watch arrived and was perfect and as described, chuffed. Unfortunately the links weren't quite right, very very close but off by a mm, so I couldn't adjust the strap. Zmur gave me every option to resolve the problem and was super helpful. It was an honest mistake and I can see how it happened. Ordered some new links and Zmur paid for them. Perfect customer service. Shame it happened but I'm so happy I don't have to send the watch back, which he offered me.
