    The vending machine was described as working, the seller refunded and wanted cash on collection due to fees however ebay no longer charges fees so a little confusing. The seller did not attempt to test the machine before I arrived so after hiring a van and spending a fair amount to collect I arrived to watch the machine be lit up and blow out multiple fuses. Claimed to have it serviced but 0 evidence as it was 'lost with the keys'. Overall wasted my time and money. buy at your own risk!
