I was a little upset due to the quality of my babys photo as it looked really grey, however after contacting the sender, i provided another photo and they sent it out straight away. I really appreciate the constant messages back and forth as they were very prompt with responding. Really happy with the second time round banner. Cannot wait to use it for my son’s birthday. would suggest not to bend the banner half way through the photo, as it doesnt look nice.
