    This seller cannot be recommended highly enough. I initially had the wrong address on it and it was very kindly changed for me without any problems.     Seller advertised this item as new in box. I am aware it is a game code, however was expecting it to be in a sealed box - intended gift. Without asking seller sent me a screenshot of the code. I had to request the box to be posted. Arrived open of course and damaged on top of that. On raising the query the seller was rude. Would not recommend this seller - not honest and rude to customers who are just expecting what is on the item description. After insulting me further has issued a refund.

    can some one with half a brain explain what i did wrong, she bought game code i give her the code she thanked me and used the code , she then asked for the empty box which i posted for free, she gets the box and says its not new and sealed so wants a refund, she already had the code and expected me to be all jolly about it ... zoe " Hi, I've received this today. Was advertised New in box Not happy at all as not as advertised." so i give the tramp a full refund

    Seller doesn't appear to understand. The item was advertised as: "A new sealed Nintendo switch game Of sphinx and the cursed mummy Download code is in the box". What I got was a photo of a code, then when I asked for the box as it was a gift it arrived with damage in addition to being opened. Had it been advertised as just a code I would've passed, equally if the box had arrived open without additional damage I would've had no major issue.
