    The elements worked eventually but firstly I ordered the wrong size (it would have been useful to have been told between which points the 208mm are measured), then I had to file the ends down to fit it into my particular heater (detailed pictures of the fittings would have helped here).

    Refurbished my heater easily and cheaply.

    Good quality and well priced components which arrived in good time. Although they arrived safety I think that the plastic box containing the elements could have been attached within the box with sellotape to prevent any possible during handling. Very pleased customer.

    I have used this product for awhile and I cannot fault it for getting the toilet bowl clean, it works better if you pour 1.5 litres of hot. Water into the toilet bowl first.

    The tubes are ok but,one has blown already.It said lasting up to 3000 hours, that ones only lasted about 70 hours.
