She seemed nice at first authorising a Return but the first thing she says is, "We know how bad Royal Mail can be", which made me think of her true intentions. I know how reliable RM are and because it was only £3.19 for the Washers I put on a 2nd Class Stamp, packed safely and sent to Leeds only 25 miles from where I live. Still not refunded a week later
