      G7 budget quality

      the G7 is a great camera, good image quality and you can get it cheap now. My favourite mode is the 4k burst mode that takes a picture before you press the shutter! Make sure to set e shutter to auto.

      Suitable for novice to pro

      Although relatively small this camera is capable of making excellent images. Easy to use in the point and shoot mode, even an idiot can use it, but delve into the many and varied controls and you have a very professional camera that gives great artistic opportunities. The manual is heavy going, I suppose that is inevitable, but a third party guide in jargon free language would be very welcome. You can’t fault the camera though, it is excellent and with the addition of some of the available lenses all you will ever need to bring out your artistic abilities.

      Great products!

      Very happy with my new camera. Memory card supplied was not compatible with the camera, but I had one in my old camera (the one this is replacing) that does work. Everything else is perfect though!

      Good camera, and excellent value for money.

      There is a lot to get used to, so a fairly steep learning curve for someone who is relatively new to photography and video. (but probably no different than for most other cameras). Probably still need to invest in a couple of decent lenes for this camera.
