The heat wrap is one of the best things I've ever bought and fits snuggly in my microwave on a plate. The upper limit of time in the microwave isn't really enough for the heat I need but a few more seconds did it no harm. The smell is so nice and relaxing. Great value and safer than a hot water bottle. 10/10 recommend.
