I ordered a thicker (1.5mm) retainer because I thought that's what I had last time from my dentist. This turned out to be a mistake as it was considerably thicker than my old one, and I found it too tight. However, Mark quickly sent out a 1mm replacement which has fixed the problem, and at no extra charge. The 1mm retainer is more robust than the previous 'upgraded' one from my dentist. Excellent service!

There was a problem with my lower scan so my lower retainer did not fit, not only did they send me another replacement for free, they stayed in contact with me for weeks on end until I managed to get newer scans made and got another retainer to me for free. The retainers fit perfectly and are way cheaper than from my orthodontist while being higher quality and sturdier than them. Only place I would ever buy retainers from.
