They then offered £7, I took it because it was a mither to send back. It shouldn't be sold with this parasol as it blows over in the slightest wind.

The seller was quick to respond to any questions and kept us updated regarding our delivery. There was an initial delay but only around a day or so but this wasn’t a problem The unit arrived in two packages on opening them everything was well packaged. The unit went together well and took a couple of hours. Very pleased with the quality and the finish and it looks great also great value. Hoping it works well.

However, the item comes in two separate boxes which weren't delivered together. They need to communicate this to customers to avoid confusion and give them separate tracking numbers. The item is very heavy so caution is needed putting it together. The workmanship isn't the best but there is enough tolerance there to be able to put it together.
