I arranged to be home when I was informed of delivery time, but then on the day it was due, UPS rescheduled twice so when it did arrive there was no one in, instead of attempting a redelivery it was left at a shop 20 mins walk away for me to pick up. I wasn’t able to collect it for 3 more days so very inconvenient. I’ve not had this problem with delivery before and it would put me off using this seller in future

In addition he had found some misprinting in the last half metre. I decided I could turn my patten and make it work out. The seller also offered me a generous refund on one metre of the fabric. The fabric arrived today and it is lovely, the misprinting minimal and the item well packaged. I am delighted with my item.
