    Kalms night time sleep aid tablets ..( better than other brand herbal ones.)

    I haven't previously used Kalms night time sleep aid tablets,as they are of the herbal type., because,have previously tried other brands of the herbal sleep aids, and they didn't have any benefit for aiding sleep.. Bought the Kalms tablets on line to try,as no chemist to visit on lock down, and was pleasantly surprised,that these tablets did make me feel sleepy., and able to get to sleep after about 20 minutes..

    Effective Medicine

    The product was recommended to me by a third party. It does work, but you must be sure to take one tablet f few hours before sleeping and another on retiring. Being busy, I often forget the early tablet. No special side-efefcts, exceot that I feel thirsty on waking.

    Sleep well - Naturally!

    Fast postage, dint work for me and massive pills not like daytime Kalms

    Fast postage but pills are huge like horse tranquilisers not like the daily Kalms and they didnt make any difference to my sleep
