OK, puts out a decent amount of heat, it's a horizontal rotating fan like an electric fan heater. On full speed power is 2.9 watts. Has all the elegance of 1970s office furniture. They should paint is std. radiator white (Screwfix, plumbworld etc), it would look better.

Write the item when arrived did not work but being a bit of electrician I've two found out what the problem was the bearing was too tight on the motor just slacking the screws on the end where the motor is too it worked perfectly I'm very pleased with it but please check them before you send them out then this problem won't arise thanks very much Andy

    Boost your heating

This is a big improvement on the plastic tube fans for central heating radiators. The magnetic legs work well & it's stable in use. There's a good length of cable to reach a power point & a neat 2 speed + on/off switch. The only crticism I'd make is why no thermostat to turn the fan on/off as the radiator warms & cools. You have to manually operate it every time. In use it does a good job blowing warm air around the room. In my case, a small radiator in a bay window which doesn't heat the room well, but with this fan it does. Finally, it looks good & is a big improvement on the rather ugly tube style units..

    Cheap but works.

Plastic grille distorted. One supplied rubber foot would not fit due to bad thread ( luckily not needed ), Noise ok on low speed, but too noisy when high. Used adhesive neo-magnets to hold it on an electric storage heater. It does seem to draw too much heat from a storage heater and soon runs cool.. Power supply plugged into a timer socket to help control it. Cheap for a reason.

  • Good radiator fan heater

This radiator fan seems made of robust materials, looks stilish and is quite covenient for use, as is not very noisy and has 2 speeds. It attaches by magnets to steel radiator and heats up the room quicker, as is intended. The 3-positions switch on side of it is very useful. It is not cobering the whole lenght of radiator, but still does the job. Would recommend.

  • Get more heat from your Radiator

Magnetic so stays in place, light and fairly quiet but I can still hear it. Makes the room warmer, helps the clothes dry quicker on the clothes airer. only uses about 4 watts of electricity. Get more heat from your radiator because it sucks more heat from the radiator and blows it into the room instead of the heat going straight up to the ceiling.

  • Should have been built into radiators from the word go !!!!!!!

It does what it say's on the box, and wonder why radiator manufactures have not included a built in fan with any of their own produced items !. I would be nice with the existing on for it to have come in two widths for the larger radiators. Personally with double radiators feel such a unit would be better placed at the bottom of the radiator blowing air up between the two heated radiators and then a diverter placed on the top if its a separate unit, or better still for it to be built in in the first place.......... Just a thought, but for the mean time this one does it job nicely enough.
