First time I've tried one of these as I normally go to my local barbers, but they are charging too much for a simple trim these days. I found that with wet hair it cuts nicely, and as long as you do small amounts at a time, and check regularly in the mirror (I'm trimming the hair at the back), it should go okay. It did make my skin a bit sore running the steel comb continuously over the same areas, but I had a lot to remove, so it should be fine from now on.
