    Very much with a read

    I have read perhaps the first 100 pages so far. The book is well written and there are some truly amazing/scary insights along the way about the origins of UPFs. I suppose in many ways you do know the general direction of what the author is going to say but, even so it’s worth reading just so that you know what’s in the food on the supermarket shelves and why.
