They refused to respond when I contacted them about it. Also the international postage was robbery (32 pounds when the real cost was 7 pounds). When I queried about this they came up with some rubbish about increased postage fees. I checked with family in the UK who laughed. They’re marking it up by 400%. Don’t touch this lot with a barge pole.
