        Great prenatal vitamins. I have been taking these for months while pregnant and now while breastfeeding. I am vegan so I needed vegan prenatals. They aren't too big and they don't have any after taste not cause any issues. I take vegan omega 3 pills separately to get DHA. I recommend this approach. :) These are much cheaper on eBay than anywhere else I've looked.

        Quality Whole Food Vitamin

        I’ve tried almost every single vitamin out there. There are definitely some good ones but this brand is one of the few brands that I actual got a sense of well being from. They don’t overload you with B vitamins like some brands as they provide exactly enough. I like this brand so much I purchased this brand for my wife’s prenatal vitamins as well and she loves them too.
