All Body Panels are supplied with a 90 day warranty. Body Panels is defined as a stripped door, door frame, wing, bootlid/tailgate, and bonnet.
All used parts are supplied with a 6 month warranty. This excludes engines and gearboxes, which will be covered by a 3 month warranty and tyres that come with a 1 month warranty.
In the event of failure of the part purchased, a replacement part will be supplied. If a replacement part cannot be found in a reasonable amount of time the full purchase price will be refunded.
If you have ordered the wrong part, i.e. your part number is different, please return the item including a completed Returns Form (see Returns ) requesting the correct part and we’ll do our best to get one out to you upon receipt. If the new part is unavailable we will refund your order and email to inform you. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or we sent the wrong part.
Replacement or refund will only be given on production of the original invoice.
Replacement or refund will only be given if the goods are returned in the same condition as supplied with the security marks still visible.
C and C Car Parts Norfolk Ltd will not reimburse any labour costs / charges involved with fitting, removal and / or changing of parts supplied by the company, under any circumstances.
C and C Car Parts Norfolk Ltd will NOT cover any component which has been fitted incorrectly, or dismantled or tampered with (other than the replacement of standard service parts or components). Returns are void if you have dismantled or tampered with a part in any way.
C and C Car Parts Norfolk Ltd will NOT cover any component which has been damaged subsequent to its fitment. This includes typical wear and tear through use or age, and / or accidental damage.
Please note: We strongly recommend that all safety critical parts are fitted only by specifically trained automotive technicians. NO liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components.
All parts correctly supplied and returned may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Any Warranty provided is non transferable.
Any Warranty provided is non-transferable and only benefits the customer named on the invoice and must match the vehicle registration mark on the invoice as supplied. C and C Car Parts Norfolk Ltd reserves the right to inspect any part claimed for under this warranty prior to accepting a replacement is due.
Engine Warranty Terms & Conditions ▼
Every 3 month engine warranty we provide includes the terms and conditions listed above as well as the following:
Engines & Gearboxes must be correctly fitted, this includes new cam & auxillary belts, oil, oil filters & spark plugs for all engines. Any failure to follow these terms will invalidate this warranty.
Engines & Gearboxes are sold as bare units. Bare engines means without the starter motor, alternator & gearbox. Any ancillary / service parts supplied with engines & gearboxes, including water pumps, cam belts, turbos, injectors, pumps, sensors, modules e.t.c. are provided free of charge. These parts are NOT covered by any warranty supplied by C and C Car Parts Norfolk Ltd
ECU s & electrical items are non refundable as a result of potential damage caused by in-correct fitting or other faults in customer vehicles.
Our C and C Car Parts Norfolk Ltd warranty does NOT cover: Gaskets, Oils, Seals, Cam Belts, Timing Belts and Fan Belts, Any ancillary parts or damage caused by misuse, improper fitting, neglect, accident or continued use.
Can I collect from your site?
We offer a 48 hour click & collect service for parts ordered through our online store. Simply choose click and collect at checkout. Our team will contact you as soon as possible once your order is ready for collection. In some cases this will be sooner than the stated 48 hour window advertised.
Returns ▼
For items damaged in transit notification must be made through our store within 24 hours and images supplied of packaging and part to enable claims to be processed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should wherever
possible be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a completed Returns Form.
If you require a different item you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
If you have ordered the wrong part, i.e. your part number is different, please return the item including a completed Returns Form requesting the correct part and we ll do our best to get one out to you upon
receipt. If the new part is unavailable we will refund your order and email to inform you.
Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or we sent the wrong part. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
Accessories such as cords and remote controls
Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
Free gifts or bonus items
All items included in a bundle
Please ensure item is adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit - refunds will not be issued due to damage caused by insufficient packaging.
Any deliveries which fail through no fault of the courier or seller will incur return or re-delivery charges, these are billed to CTL and WILL be passed on.
Please note we are not penalising anyone for making a mistake or changing their mind, simply passing on the charges we incur.
International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. If your
parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you.
Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our parts.
Faulty or incorrect items sent from within the U.K
If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please complete your return form and return to the address above. Please note, we cannot accept returns that have been damaged due to incorrect fitment.
Faulty or incorrect items sent from outside the U.K
If you think the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team by email through eBay messages to book in the faulty/incorrect return. We will then advise and assist you with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the fault.
Part of order is missing ▼
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please first check your dispatch note for any indication that the item is being dispatched separately. If the item is not included
on the dispatch note, it will be arriving separately. If the item is listed but not present, please email through eBay messages quoting your order number and stating the missing item and we will investigate the
matter further.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the bulb type, Xenon, LED or standard before buying.
Whilst every effort has been made to erase personal information from infotainment systems, in taking delivery of this vehicle, OR Infotainment unit, the Buyer agrees not to actively seek to access or restore any such information.
In the event that any personal information is found during use the Buyer agrees to erase any such information. The Buyer further agrees to indemnify the vendor in respect of any claims for subsequent misuse of such information.
In addition to the above, in the event that the buyer discovers any items of personal effects belonging to the previous owner the buyer agrees to return these items to the selling agent.
