      The item blew up and blew the fuses in my household which have now had to be replaced, I have asked the seller for a return label but not heard back. They did apologize and issue a full refund but I would still like to return the item as it does not work

      We did apologise for the fault immediatly and sent a refund, we do not fabricate these items and have had very few faulty products from this company over 30 years and when they asked for a label we explained that there was no need to return , I apologise if this is a inconvenience we thought it was being helpful .
