    Unbroken

    The film was good but the book is outstanding. It took 7 years to write and the research of facts and detail of Louis life and the war period are very informative. It's a amazing life story of survival on a raft for 47 days with two others , and survival against the odds at a Japanese POW camp. Just read it. A lot of statistics in the early chapters of Louis rise to running at Olympic level but if that's not of interest do keep going with it.
