Inside the item looked used, scratches, rust, a torn open empty plastic bag and a leg broken. Asked the seller to return for a full refund as it was defective and sent photos, that's when all the offers started, between 20% to 80% offered and wouldn't take no for an answer. Then the day eBay was to step in I got my refund and stuck with a defective item!
