      I needed to change shipping location and seller said no problem, but then sent to the wrong address. When I asked about it said they'd look into and never did/nor responded to email asking the status. Item was as described.

      Shipping to a different address than the one used to purchase is against Ebay policy. Item was already in transit when buyer requested change of address. Buyer was told we would attempt to redirect the package. By that time it was too late to do so. Any problem with the item or with the address it was mailed to could easily have been resolved. Buyer obviously chose to keep the item and even states "as described" but is having a tantrum because we can't control Ebay or USPS.
