The packaging and the writing had all dissolved and was unreadable and there was no seal on the cream. I couldn’t read the expiration date either as it had worn off. Contacted the seller and they basically told me they wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange the item unless I paid for it to be returned, then ignored my messages after. Terrible service.
