    Not for me

    I’ve seen people use these with great success. I think they’re great how ever I kept having my ball roll over the edge and I can’t afford to risk a fall and chance of breaking.

    Not helpful for exercise.

    My physical therapist recommended I use the exercise ball, so I got this product to help me keep my balance, but the ball rolls over the side of the base. I only use it to store my ball now as I'm afraid of falling.

    Make your exercise ball work double-duty (and you, too!).

    Best way to keep a exercise ball used beyond exercising! Use it for a desk/computer chair! Only thing I note is that if you have a non-carpeted floor, you will want to put a large non-slip rug (3 X 5 or so) under it, as it can slip out from under you if you move around, which, ironically, you should. I highly recommend it-easy to put together and take apart to store if need be. Very happy with purchase! I am sitting on it even now!
