    Can’t be fixed tight to the umbrella

    The umbrella can not be fixed tight to the base. The mechanism to tighten it to the base doesn’t seem to work. The umbrella keeps rotating especially when tilted and can not be fixed to one position to provide protection from the sun at different positions during the day.

    this was easy to assemble but at 15 litres not heavy enough for the 2.7 m parasol which blew over . so i changed to a concrete one instead ,
