Cybermobbing am Arbeitsplatz hingegen wird tabuisiert und stellt damit nicht nur betroffene Mitarbeiter, sondern auch Fuhrungskrafte vor eine grosse Herausforderung im richtigen Umgang mit diesem Phanomen. Insbesondere Fuhrungskraften obliegt eine Verantwortung, die uber das Erreichen oekonomischer Ziele hinausgeht. Heutzutage genugt es nicht mehr, eine Fuhrungskraft zu sein, die ausschliesslich mit fachlichen Kompetenzen glanzen kann. Vor allem die Sozialkompetenz ist eine Anforderung, die an Fuhrungskrafte gestellt wird und im Umgang mit sozialen Konflikten am Arbeitsplatz notwendig ist. Diese Studie zeigt, welchen Herausforderungen Fuhrungskrafte gegenuber stehen, um mit dem Tabuthema Cybermobbing am Arbeitsplatz richtig umzugehen und welche Handlungsmoeglichkeiten fur Fuhrungskrafte auf praventiver und intervenierender Ebene bestehen. Die vorliegende Studie befasst sich mit diesem Thema.
