    Delivery by Post Office 4 days late ( we missed important vet appointment)- only had to send from one part of Manchester to another nearby! NOT SELLERS FAULT.     Beware! This is NOT a storage box you receive but a complicated self-assembly jigsaw with barely legible instructions. When I asked for a return seller offered me £3 discount and keep it. I explained I am disabled and they refused to support me or refund. Very poor customer service. All could have been avoided with a clear description - but who would buy it then?
