It has a spot-on likeness to the actor himself, and for the price I paid, it was a bargain. The seller ModelToys-Box even included some sticky tac to secure the mushroom peg to the base of the neck. And it fits well on my 1/6 scale blank body. In short, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I would buy from ModelToys-Box again.

Head sculpt was in a little baggie wrapped in bubble wrap with desiccant & placed in a sturdy metal tin...then the metal tin was wrapped up in bubble wrap (multiple layers) & put in the shipping container.
