    Although not actually used the item it certainly look’s quality, the extension poles all adjust smoothly, simple instructions provided to feed the water pipe through the pole. The connection tap looks excellent quality and easy push on connectors for the pipe work. All in all it’s as described, maybe being aluminium it’s a little heavier than the fibre options. Certainly looks and feels value for money, hopefully it works a treat once the weather improves

    Wished I had bought one of these years ago. Excellent piece of kit. Does a great job of cleaning windows. Gets a bit heavy at full length when trying to clean facia boards on the gable end. Could really do with a smaller brush for soffits and facias. Overall very impressed with the quality and the price. Also very fast dispatch and delivery. 👍

    This item is really well made, much better than other cheaper/flimsier versions I have seen and very easy to put together and no issue reaching my windows. However, be warned it is very heavy when trying to do upstairs windows (well it is for a 5'3'' female)! My neighbours had a jolly old laugh at me trying to do the front windows of my flat! Would definitely recommend for the price. If nothing else, I will have arms like Mike Tyson in a year!! :-)
