I chose the single adapter as my unit has a direct connection to the sub. I tried to push the adapter into the hole but it was very tight, so I pushed harder and it got stuck. I thought there's something not right so I tried to pull it back out, no luck ,then it broke. So I was left with the broken adapter in the hole . I fitted the other double adapters and fine.
