      It does not look "new" as advertised. Yes, it was in a package but it was a plain cellophane bag closed by a piece of tape. There was a short hair (human or pet) stuck to the back of the puppet's ear. There are tags attached, but they are beat-up. The fabric looks a bit dingy, although that could be due to the colors mixed in the weave. On the positive side, delivery was very quick.
