    Venus Bialetti 10 espresso machine/pot

    We have owned one of these before and love the style. It has been great for the last 10 years plus. However the heating vessel split on the original and we have now bought a replacement. Hopefully we will get another 10 years or more wear & tear out of the new one. We have had it so long that we could not go back to the manufacturer however it would be interesting to find out if anybody else has had a split on the bottom edge of the heating vessel (below the coffee pot) that contacts the heat source? Apart from that a brilliant design Beautiful and functional!
