Also a bag to return used cartridges to be that bit greener 👍 No clear instructions but luckily I've done this before. Set up is tricky as not original match, doesn't acknowledge Cartridges so pressing the stop button for 5+ seconds & ignoring the rejection eventually printing worked. Hope I get plenty of prints outs from this purchase.

Installation was not easy and I am an IT person and I had a paper jam as well because I got upset with the printer not working. Press the red button for 5 seconds if you see the low ink sign and ensure there is paper and the tray is open. I have bought from them before and they are trusted on this ink refill stuff. I will use again, Kelly knows her stuff, you get me.

Communication to seller was excellent, items were returned with a free post label supplied by seller and a full refund was paid very promptly.
