This was the first time i have used Horsetail, i was quite surprised at the dose suggested, unless you have taken it before i would recommend you start off low and work your way up as i found that it slowed down my digestive system which is not something i have noticed with any other supplement. This is not a comment on the quality of the product which seemed to be excellent.
