They are in the USA, because it got to me fast (no 45-days, coming from China, BS). The fit is good, but BEWARE: These are designed to wear OVER your warming layers. They fit me, but I am only 5'8"/190lbs. If you are over 5'10" or over 195lbs, this product will be very unlikely to fit you. The "one size fits all" is designed for the Asian male frame, mot the western male. The length is there, but not the width if you are muscular (or fat).
