The new one seems of similar/better quality. May not be quite up to actual military standards, but a really good coat - heavy material, keep you warm & dry, very practical, lots of secure pockets. Good value for money at these prices. (Tip - steer clear of the Baerskin rubbish others sell - Baerskin is all marketing - flimsy).
