    Just Like A Good Bottle Should Be

    Tastes awful.

    This is the second time I have tried this brand. The first time it tasted like a well known cough medicine. I put this down to my inexperience with homebrewing. The second batch even after extra time fermenting still tastes awful. Much better available for the same price.

    Always good

    I used to make wine years ago and it was hit and miss, winebuddy kits have changed that, I have made lots and never had a problem, and always had good drinkable wine. The wine snobs will say its crap,but reality is, it's tasty,reasonable 10-11% wine. I have never had a hangover and would never drink anything but these winebuddy wines now. I make it and store it in a 25l plastic container in the garage,it keeps well and is great value at about 85p per bottle.

    Good kit

    Like the taste of this (merlot) kit , have been brewing for about 3 years now on a too regular basis. Incidently i never sterilise any equipment only rinse with hot water and only use regular or caster sugar from the supermaket and never had a brew fail, and everyone who has sampled the wine has been complimentary.

    Purchased for my hubby for his birthday as he is partial to a drop of red wine ... just about to be bottled and we were not disappointed with the end results. Light, fruity and a beautiful colour. Will buy more in time ...
