They agreed to send out a replacement and that got lost as well so they agreed to send out another one that also got lost. I finally had one through the post today, a bit late to go on my grandsons bike as a Christmas gift, but fitted it now and it looks great. Very happy with the quality.

With regards to the envelope your decal is 500 mm long and there is no envelope available that long so as your name was with a plain font it was folded in half yes however when removed from the hardbacked envelope and unfolded has no bearing on application. Hope this clarifies.
